It's been over a year since we did any update to the website. Sometimes life gets in the way of living...But we're happy to be closing out the year with a number of new things for you. First, we have new music for your ears! Apocryphonic recently unearthed their Decline recording from 2014 and finished the mixing and mastering. We've now got copies of the finally released Broken Clown CD "Houses Of The Homely" 15 years in the making and it looks incredible! Special Thanks Aaron Cheever who designed the layout and packaging. A Broken Clown Christmas Miracle!

It's been a pretty quiet year here at Deporter as far as new music goes, but now that the year is closing out we have a great release to put on the books and it comes courtesy of Broken Clown. A band no longer together, but who just finished their first full length album 15 years after it was started. You see, they started recording it in 2001, but broke up in 2002 and never properly finished it. The members went on to be in bands like Pigboat, Lost On Liftoff, and Supersoul Challenger. The unfinished recordings were left to the ages....

The long-awaited, 5-year-in-the-making, concept album from Covered In Bees will be released on November 28, 2015. It will be a 2 CD set with a radio-play and the soundtrack. The Ghosts of Johnson City CD available!

We now have CDs of Doug's latest project in stock! Check out The Ghosts Of Johnson City, a group with musical roots in Appalachia and the Deep South. They play simple and soulful versions of old mountain music. Sad songs of love and loss in times of poverty.
